1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using Scriven.ing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Scriven.ing on your Android device for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Scriven.ing, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The word list included in the App is licensed under the MIT License (see our License page for details).

4. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use Scriven.ing for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scriven.ing makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Scriven.ing or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if Scriven.ing or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Scriven.ing could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Scriven.ing does not warrant that any of the materials in the App are accurate, complete, or current. Scriven.ing may make changes to the materials contained in the App at any time without notice.

8. Links

Scriven.ing has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its App and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Scriven.ing of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Modifications

Scriven.ing may revise these terms of service for the App at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scriven.ing operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

11. Termination

Scriven.ing may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
